Let's see if this community generates any interest whatsoever, but personally I'd love to hear more about the goings-on in the nearby yet mysterious TriCollege - especially now that my little sister is Bryn Mawr '11 and her boyfriend is Haverford '11. (I'm Penn '08.)

My name is Sharon, I'm from Maryland-near-DC, and I'm studying intellectual history and religion. I'm a big proponent of Philadelphia (um, its existence and its awesomeness), so I think you all should stop by more often. I should also visit your idyllic duck ponds and Hogwarts architecture.

Word. Penn '09. What's more to say. I've never been outside of the Penn/Center City area, but what's a sophomore without a car from Texas supposed to do?

Regional Rail is way cleaner than the SEPTA subway (which says a lot of course) and will have you in one of the other college towns in 20 minutes. One of my "mentors" teaches at Bryn Mawr, so I tend to go there more often than anywhere else in the area.

Penn students. No sense of humor.
